Wildcats Mailing List

A forum for discussions concerning in-situ and ex-situ (in the field and in captivity) conservation of wild felines. There will be no discussions allowed directly promoting 'pet' ownership. This topic currently has an active forum on the Felines-L mailing list.

Please keep posts on-topic.
Personal attacks on individuals will not be tolerated.
Please take flamewars and such to private email.

To join the Wildcats discussion group send the following email message to: major@catbox.com

No subject line needed, and in the body of the message type:
subscribe wildcats
or
subscribe wildcats-digest

You will recive an email message within a short time which welcomes you to the group and provides a description of how to send messages. Instructions are also provided for removing yourself from further distribution if you decide the list is not for you. This is a FREE mailing list, open to anyone interested in non-domestic cats.

For those who may not be familer with mailing lists, any email sent to the new group is automatically retransmitted by the listserver to everyone in the group. After you have joined, any message you send to: wildcats@catbox.com will go to everyone who has subscribed, and any message sent to the list by others will automatically be sent to you. Kind of like an old time telephone party line, or a public bulletin board.
