This agreement is to a knowledge that you, the adopter, are entering into an agreement with this business, Wild About Cats, and its owner, Dawn L. Simas. You desire to provide a home for one of the animals owned by the aforementioned business. You understand that you are not purchasing this animal and that its ownership is tentative based of future decisions made by Wild About Cats. You are being allowed trial ownership of this animal and are willing to make it available for drop inspections by the current owner. You will provide for this animal a healthy diet, adequate housing, veterinary care, and any other conditions that have been previously discussed while it is in your care.
Upon satisfaction of these conditions and agreement of transfer of ownership; you also agree that if you wish to discontinue ownership in the future throughout its lifetime that you must first offer its return to Wild About Cats.
You must verify that you are fully licensed for this species of animal and freely provide the applicable license numbers to Wild About Cats. You agree to indemnify and save harmless, Dawn L. Simas and Wild About Cats from all claims actions, suits, attorney's fees for injuries or damages to any persons resulting from contact with this animal. You understand that it is a wild animal, and therefore, potentially dangerous animal and you are donating your time and energy at your own free will.
